How to prepare rice with lemon
Put the water, chicken broth, lemon juice, butter, basil, lemon zest, and salt in a saucepan on the stove until the mixture begins to boil.
Add the rice and black pepper, cover the saucepan, reduce the heat and leave it for 20 minutes or until the rice is soft.
